really disappointed in the latest service from MAC - normally fantastic but i waited in all day for a parcel last month, didnt arrive, replacement sent & then i returned due to being delivered too late - has taken nearly a month to refund (which i still dont have) had to chase 4 times & it wasnt until today (4th time chasing) i was told it hadnt been done & apparently has been now. i wont hold my breath but disappointed in the service

Go to Ulta or Sephora instead! I ordered online and wanted to return something. Their FAQ says they will send a return label. Went through 2 reps in their online chat had to answer the verification questions 3 times. The person I finally talked to made it sound like they would only give me a special one time credit and I wouldn't have to return the item. I wanted my money back and after 5 or 6 more chat exchanges back and forth, it seemed like they were going to give me money back all the whole acting like they are doing me some huge favor. Well .. they gave me about 40% of my money back ????. That's my first and last ever online order from their website, absolutely atrocious customer service. At least Sephora and Ulta take returns no questions asked! In the time of COVID, when we can't try on make up anymore, I expect companies to be a little bit more lenient.

MAC offers high-end products. Bit expensive brand, but according to the formulation and quality which they provide in their every cosmetic product is worth the money. Nice collections and i love their lipstick range.

Great collections of cosmetic products are available. Not so affordable but worth the money because of its premium quality. I love their all lipstick range. They are super long lasting and never makes your lips chappy. Nice products and recommended to all.

The products are great but the service in store is TERRIBLE. why don’t they hire more staff to cater to the influx of customers. The last time in went into MAC parramatta, the lady was meant to be helping me but walked off and served 8 customers at the counter while I waited literally 10 minutes.

Echoing what others have said: Do not order from Mac online. They will give you a tracking number that does nothing, make a lot of false promises, and then take their sweet time refunding your money. I have loved and purchased many Mac products over the years, so their neglect stings. I think I'll just have to buy from Nordstrom or Sephora now.

I ordered for first time from Mac official UK website and they cancelled my order and informed me after around 20 days that the product was out of stock and that when I chased them for 2 weeks. Thank God they refund the money but this was the worst response I got from any online website. After that I wrote emails to them that they could offer me any other lip colour but no reponse. I will never buy anything from them now.

Recently I bought a M. A. C. Mascara in the Covent Garden store: it was just terrible, dropping down in bits, glued the eyelashes together and made my face dirty. What a waist of money! The lipstick was very mediocre. Lips feel dry after using it. I won't use M. A. C. Even if I'm given it for free.
The last and not least - the till woman got my email address under the false pretences of sending me an invoice only to say that this function isn't working. Now I'm bombarded with the M. A. C. Spam and no matter how many times I block them or unsubscribe I still get their emails with their disgusting products. It all looks very fancy both in the store and on their website but the quality of the products is below any appropriate level.

I love ALL the cosmetics of MAC. Never been more happy with my makeup. Thank MAC!

Recently I have found MAC Cosmetics online and I have decided to buy b-day gift for my wife, she is very satisfied with combination I ordered. #proudhusband

With so many good reviews left here, I'd love to try their products.
